Privacy Policy

This site collects very little. This page says what, why, for how long — and, just as importantly, what we do not collect.

The short version. We use no audience-measurement tool, and no third-party script is loaded on our pages: you can check that in the page source. The only cookie we set remembers your display language. We do not sell, rent or trade any data.

Who is responsible

The data controller is InnovE-Tech Solutions inc., 35 Chemin Boisé, Brownsburg-Chatham (QC) J8G 1G6, Canada. The person responsible for the protection of personal information, within the meaning of Quebec’s Law 25, is Philippe Martin, president. There is no dedicated department: the company is very small, and he is the one who answers, at privacy@affilreviews360.com.

What we collect

  • What you write to us. The site carries no form: people reach us by email. We then keep your address and the content of your message for as long as it takes to deal with the request.
  • A language preference. A cookie named pll_language remembers which language you read the site in. It holds nothing else.
  • The host’s technical logs. Like any web server, the one serving this site records the requests it receives (IP address, time, page requested) for operational and security purposes. We do not consult them to analyse visits and publish no statistics from them.

What we do not collect

  • No audience measurement: no Google Analytics, no equivalent.
  • No third-party script, no social-media button, no font loaded from an external service.
  • No banking details. We sell nothing and process no payment.
  • No profiling, no targeted advertising, no cross-site tracking.
  • No resale, rental or transfer of data to a third party.

Comments

The site publishes no articles to date and therefore opens no comment section. Should that change, this page will be updated beforehand, to say what would then be collected.

Who else sees this data

  • Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus, European Union) hosts the site and, with it, its server logs.
  • Titan runs the domain’s email: a message you send us passes through its servers.

No other processor has access to this site’s data. Nothing is passed to an advertiser or a data broker, for the simple reason that we have none.

For how long

  • Emails received: kept for as long as the request takes, then at most three years, so that reported corrections leave a trace.
  • Language cookie: one year, or until you clear your browser’s cookies.
  • Host logs: according to Hostinger’s own retention policy, which is not ours to set.

Your rights

Under Quebec’s Law 25, federal PIPEDA and, for people located there, the European GDPR, you may request access to the information we hold about you, its correction or its deletion, and withdraw your consent. Write to privacy@affilreviews360.com: we reply within thirty days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to its administration is restricted to the publisher’s accounts. Given how little data is collected, the risk of a breach remains low; were one to occur that could cause serious harm, we would inform the people concerned and the authorities, as the law requires.
